The amateur courses are for everyone who wants to juggle naturally in the kitchen and for who is able to talk with the food.
The lessons are developed so that participants can create their own path according to their liking, choosing between many issues proposed to them.
Every course lasts 8 hours minimum and it’s for 8-10 people maximum.
That’s because the chefs can be focused on the participants, and they can be involved actively during the lesson.
Every formative day, ends with the tasting of the dishes prepared by every student.
