Chef in Campus
Born from an idea of Iside de Cesare, the school “Chef in campus”, surrounded by the nature reserve of Monte Rufeno, offers trainings for passionate, aspirants and professionist chefs. Thanks to the territorial position, the school method promoter the food and wine tradition whit all its aspects, through the study of raw material, the respect of the place e mostly with a lot of practise.
Every student training is accompanied by professionals and experts of culinary training.
The strength of the school is in the campus as a place of socialization and aggregation, within wich the students can live learning to socialize and stay together as a brigade.
Furthermore, with the collaboration of the starred restaurant “ La Parolina”, every student can observe in close manner how to handle and find good solutions.
