The venue of “chef in campus” is inside the natural reserve of Monte Rufeno, in a protected area of Lazio, named Acquapendente, province of Viterbo, near Umbria and Toscana.

The school offers the possibility to live inside the campus, using all the service and ospitality of the building. The students immersed into the nature, can use enormous external place and rooms dedicated to theory and practice.

 

The campus is structured in 2 floor: upstairs we have 5 confortable rooms lovely decorated and fully furnished. Downstairs we have the restaurant available for 70 people.

 

The teaching room of the kitchen is featured of equipment and places for every student to practice independently. Outside we have a huge garden with porch and covered parking. In 950 mt from the school there’s the “Casale Palombaro” which is composed by 2 big apartments.

The ground floor is 100 mq big, and it’s composed by a big living room, 2 rooms with 10 beds and 2 bathrooms. The first floor is got 4 cosy rooms (for a total of 12 beds), all fully furnished. In the central area there ‘s a living room with tv, wood chimney and kitchen. From the school of “Chef in Campus” there are few footpaths: bio-orto natural with an area dedicated to aromatic herbs till the discovery of naturalistic paths with enchantig woods surrounding.

Finally, it’s easy to reach various places of naturalistic interest from the campus (terme di San Casciano dei Bagni).
